creme brulee
1 vanilla pod
500 ml milk
500 ml cream
200 gr sugar
12 egg yolks
Heat milk and cream, vanilla pod. Mix sugar and egg in large bowl. add milk and cream, whisk and flavouring.
bake in double 150C for 30 - 45 min
